Thank you for choosing B4 The Fight. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are issued for Pay-Per-View (PPV) events and subscription services on our platform.
1.1.1 If a PPV event is cancelled, customers who have purchased access will be eligible for a full refund.
1.2.1 If a customer experiences technical issues preventing them from accessing a PPV event, and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, a refund may be issued upon verification of the problem. If the technical issues and quality are due to your service provider, computer, tablet or smart phone then no refund will be issued.
1.2.2 Refund Window: Refunds for PPV purchases will be available within the first 24 hours after the scheduled event time, only when there has been a technical issue caused by the event venue.
1.2.3 Requests for refunds made beyond this 24-hour window will not be honoured.
1.2.4 Replay Availability: In the event of technical issues or interruptions during a live PPV event, we are committed to providing a replay of the event.
1.2.5 Refund Process: Refund requests must be submitted within the specified timeframe through our designated customer support channels. We will not respond via our social media channels.
1.2.6 Requests will be processed in accordance with our refund policy guidelines.
1.2.7 Replay Access: Customers who request and receive a refund for a live PPV event will not retain access to the event replay.
1.2.8 To access the replay of the event, customers will need to repurchase the PPV
1.2.9 Exceptional Circumstances: In exceptional circumstances where a PPV event cannot be replayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

2.1.1 Customers who cancel their subscription during the trial period will not be charged, and no refunds will be necessary. You may be charged if you cancel your subscription within a two week time-frame from your next billing date.
2.2.1 Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. Customers can cancel their subscription at any time, and the cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for the remaining days of that period.

4.2 B4 The Fight reserves the right to deny a refund request if the customer violates the terms of service or engages in fraudulent activity.
